Here's what the chocks look like on my C skeeter. Notice the adjusting set screws for runner alignment. Very cool, but seems to be a lot of hours in front of the milling machine to make these.

Here's the sled that I use for rough cutting leading and trailing edges of wood masts, and also cutting trailing edge of airfoil shaped planks.

Here's the glued up new plank for my C skeeter. Internal ladder structure is tapered and top and bottom boards are a constant 1/2" thickness. Overall, it is 2-1/4" thick x 13" wide in center, 1-3/4" thick x 10" wide on ends.

This is the internal ladder structure for the new plank. The entire ladder structure tapers in thickness.

The wide boards are for the top and bottom plank skins, and the one being laminated get cut and tapered for the internal leading and trailing edges.

It seems like it takes a lot of wood for just 1 plank, but over half of it goes up into shavings and dust. Check out the bark, fresh from the woods.
