The usual characters sailed Echo and Excelsior Bay for 4 hours of perfect ice. A little thin, but no hazards noted. After 5-6 races, cruised over to Harry's which also marked the the end if the ice. Weird feeling sailing so close to waves on the entire lower lake. Note the open water 200 yards to the west!
